The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous sales experience in any industry is a PLUS! Having excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, and great communication skills is a great start as well. Now, add to that a professional appearance and you are what we are looking for! Candidates must be self-motivated with a strong sales aptitudeand a willingness to continuously network to sell a minimum number of vehicles on an ongoing basis.
