Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc in Waterford Twp, MI is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have elite communication skills, patience, and strong organizational abilities to deliver top‑notch customer service.

You will serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department, explain vehicle issues and recommendations, manage appointments and records, and help ensure timely, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday (Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm).
• Elite communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience in handling challenging customer interactions.
