Job summary

Midway Staffing is hiring an ICQA Associate to support inventory control and QA in a fast-paced warehouse. You will ensure product quality, maintain accurate counts, and assist the fulfillment team under QA direction.

Location: Wind Gap, PA; Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Pay: $18.50/hr. Must have at least 1 year of cherry picker experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Cherry Picker experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Able to meet quantity and quality standards.
• Comfortable in a 34°F environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and verify product quality.
• Assist with product rotation (FIFO).
• Evaluate or discard short-dated or expired products.
• Log damages and ready donations.
• Maintain quality standards and support the fulfillment team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented ICQA Associate to support inventory control and quality assurance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, maintain accurate inventory counts, and assist the fulfillment team while following established QA standards.

Location:Wind Gap, PA
Schedule:Monday- Friday 1st shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay rate:$18.50/hr

Duties:
Perform cycle counts and verify product quality
Assist with product rotation (FIFO)
Evaluate or discard short-dated or expired products
Log damages and ready donations
Maintain quality standards and support the fulfillment team in alignment with QA direction
At least 1 year Cherry Picker EXP

Requirements:
Cherry Picker experience
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a similar role
Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability
Ability to meet established standards for quantity and quality of work
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34&degree;F
Adherence to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards
Basic computer skills
