Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Cherry Picker / Forklift Operator in Phillipsburg, NJ for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves safely operating cherry pickers and forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting day-to-day warehouse tasks.

Pay rate up to $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime potential on weekends and holidays. Shift times are 5am–2:30pm and 1pm–10:30pm, with Sunday hours possible; candidates must have HS diploma, pass forklift assessments,

Qualifications

• Verified experience operating Cherry Pickers or similar forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation to Phillipsburg, NJ.
• Valid work authorization and 18+ years of age.
• Ability to pass written and hands-on forklift assessments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Cherry Picker (Order Picker Forklift) at various rack heights.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments.
• Pick, pull, pack, and stage orders accurately.
• Inspect freight and report damages.
• Maintain safety and security protocols.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Cherry Picker operators to efficiently pick, store, and support warehouse operations while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating Cherry Pickers safely, handling inbound and outbound shipments, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Pay Rate:Up to $19.50

Available Shift Times: 1st shift 5am to 230pm 2nd shift 1-1030pm.Monday to Saturday availability. If working Sunday 8am to 430pm. Rotating 2 days off.
