Integrity Staffing in Landisville, PA is seeking an Inventory Specialist / Cherry Picker for a fast-paced warehouse. You will support inventory accuracy, replenishment, picking, and material movement, while staying safety-focused and moving with urgency.

Qualifications

• Warehouse and/or shipping & receiving experience preferred.
• Cherry picker/order picker experience preferred; forklift or powered equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/inventory skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker/order picker safely and efficiently.
• Pick and replenish inventory using handheld scanners or warehouse technology.
• Accurately locate, count, and organize inventory.
• Receive, verify, and put away incoming shipments.
• Prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Be a team player—everyone works together to get the job done.

We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist / Cherry Picker to join a dynamic, growing operation in Landisville, PA. Earn up to $19/hour. Pay Rate

$17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Available Shifts

• Monday – Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm | $17.00–$19.00/hour
• Overtime may be available and/or required as needed. Hours may vary based on business needs.

About the Role

As an Inventory Specialist / Cherry Picker, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting inventory accuracy, replenishment, picking, and material movement throughout the warehouse. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by working safely, moving with urgency, and maintaining accuracy.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
