Bob’s Discount Furniture in Solon, OH is seeking a Receiving Equipment Operator for 2nd shift to safely operate a cherry picker up to 40 feet, load and move products, and utilize RF scanners to locate inventory. This role supports efficient storage and accurate put-away within our distribution center.

You will join a team that values honesty, integrity and diversity, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating forklift and/or cherry picker equipment.
• Comfortable with heights up to 40 ft.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker lift up to 40ft.
• Utilize RF scanners to identify and locate product.
• Load staged product from dock area onto cherry picker lift.
• Move product from lift into proper location on storage racks.
• Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Support a positive culture focused on honesty, integrity, diversity, and community.
