Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift
• Assist in chemotherapy administration as second set of hands
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Wound care from assessment to dressing change, tracking healing across admission
• Coach patients through emotional intelligence and pharmacology regimens.
