Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare chemotherapy and other IVs for patient administration.
• Restock drug orders and supplies.
• Monitor drug inventory and maintain logs.
• Clean and maintain pharmacy equipment and workspaces.
• Restock crash carts, extravasation kits, and tackle boxes.
• Communicate with pharmacists to verify orders.
• Comply with USP 797/800 standards for sterile compounding.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
