Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician certification is required.
• Chemotherapy admixture experience strongly preferred.
• TN State Pharmacy Technician license active or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve medications accurately to fulfill orders.
• Review orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Aseptically prepare drug solutions and products in the admixture area.
• Maintain clean room compliance and log all activities.
• Manage inventory and oversee dispensing of all drugs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient care activities.
