Job summary

Banner Health in Sterling, Colorado, is seeking an Infusion RN for the Outpatient Infusion-Hosp department. The role involves triaging patients, administering chemotherapy, starting IVs, and supporting efficient clinic flow on a Day shift (7:30 AM–5:30 PM) with PRN weekend rotation.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and chemo certification (preferred). The DWCC Infusion Center treats oncology and non-oncology patients with advanced tech, including a linear accelerator for infusion

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Chemotherapy certification is preferred but can be obtained on the job.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and administer chemotherapy and infusion therapy as ordered.
• Complete patient intakes and access ports or start IVs; provide medications per the nursing plan.
• Document care, maintain accurate patient records, and communicate status to the care team.
• Support clinic flow and ensure safety and quality in infusion procedures.
