Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for an infusion unit in Broomfield, CO. This onsite role requires dayshift coverage with a full-time schedule. The position provides direct patient care in outpatient infusion settings, following nursing processes and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, 6 months of RN experience, and BLS certification. The role emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and safe care delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with active RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum: 6 months RN experience.
• Current BLS certification for the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in infusion services.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition; coordinates across disciplines.
• Provides education to patient and family appropriate to age and condition.
• Delegates care to ancillary staff and may precept students/new hires.
• Maintains critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
