Qualifications

• MLT/MT/CLS certification required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in laboratory science.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Recent hospital laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in a complex acute care or tertiary hospital setting.
• Ability to work independently on night shifts.
• Experience with chemistry testing and laboratory instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with laboratory standards.
• Conduct chemistry, hematology, and coagulation testing.
• Analyze and report accurate patient results.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Follow quality control and laboratory safety procedures.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
