Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an entry-level Scientist 1 in Chemistry Development to join a focused R&D team at Research Triangle Park, NC. You will support design, execution, and analysis of studies on medical device technologies, with emphasis on chemical and materials aspects of coatings and formulations.

The role involves hands-on lab work, data interpretation, and collaboration across disciplines, with typical 8am–5pm hours and 40 hours per week. Must be eligible for US work (W2 contract).

Qualifications

• Hands-on lab experience with chemicals/materials.
• Familiarity with spectroscopic methods (fluorescence, UV, IR).
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC is a plus.
• Ability to design and document experiments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute studies to assess viability of technologies.
• Develop processes including mixing, coating, stability and elution testing.
• Learn and establish new experimental tools for medical device R&D.
• Analyze and present experimental results to the team.
