Oberlin College's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry is seeking Teaching Assistants for the CHEM 213 lab sections in the Spring 2027 semester. Applicants must be enrolled students and have earned a passing grade in CHEM 213.

TAs will commit 5-7 hours per week, attend weekly TA meetings, grade laboratory assignments, and assist students with techniques and processes in the lab. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $13.75 per hour based on prior TA experience in the department.

Formación

• Must be an enrolled student at Oberlin College.
• Must have earned a passing grade in CHEM 213.

Responsabilidades

• 5-7 hour/week commitment.
• Mastery of CHEM 213 material.
• Availability to attend TA meetings taking place once weekly.
• Grading laboratory assignments in a timely manner.
• Assisting students in lab with relevant techniques and processes.
