Prolific is seeking Chemistry Experts and Chemical Engineers to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real-world chemical expertise. After a quick 10- to 15-minute test, you may join Prolific as a participant and get paid for AI tasks, often from home.

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $60 per hour. Tasks may require one uninterrupted hour, though many are shorter.

Formación

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
• Deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
• Understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, REACH, FDA).
• Ability to identify errors in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
• Strong communication to explain intricate reaction pathways in clear language.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated chemistry for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and reasoning.
• Fact-check reactions, balancing equations, and viability of synthetic routes.
• Audit model-generated lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations (NMR, IR, MS).
• Annotate molecular data, correct SMILES, 2D/3D representations, and property predictions.
• Ensure outputs do not provide instructions for synthesis of hazardous or illicit substances.
