Job summary

Oregons Wild Harvest Inc in Redmond, OR is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality control and lab operations. The role involves daily sample prep, data collection, and ensuring compliance with FDA GMP, NSF GMP, SQF, non-GMO, and organic standards to keep products ready for shipment.

Under the Laboratory Manager, you will perform duties outlined in the department's responsibilities and contribute to high manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• 1+ years laboratory experience in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• Experience with HPLC and GC-MS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance and support of laboratory equipment and tasks.
• Perform daily sample preparation, analysis, data collection, and pass to Quality Control for release or rejection.
• Assist investigations on materials/products not conforming to quality standards, including out-of-spec results and complaints.
• Engage in continuing education in SOPs and cross-training in laboratory techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the laboratory.
