Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to support testing in a GMP-regulated food production environment. You will collect canned product samples from designated production lines and perform routine tests with attention to detail.

The role requires standing for long periods, wearing hair/beard nets, and following GMP, sanitation, and safety protocols. Overtime is expected over the next 6–8 weeks for additional earned income.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
• Comfortable wearing hair/beard nets throughout the shift.
• No visible piercings or nail polish in GMP environment.
• Able to work respectfully with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Collect canned product samples directly from designated production lines.
• Test 15–25 samples per hour by weighing, measuring temperature, and recording results.
• Dispose of tested products properly and clean the work area between tests.
• Remain on your feet for at least half of the shift; heavy lifting is not required.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
