Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Chemist I to join the Analytical lab, testing water samples from the Culligan Dealer Network. You will perform non-route analysis and help develop methods for detecting contaminants.

Responsibilities include handling samples, operating and maintaining lab equipment, recording results, performing wet chemistry, reviewing SOPs, and collaborating with internal/external customers. A 45,000–60,000 USD salary plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or related scientific discipline.
• 1+ years’ experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and SOPs.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and chemical handling procedures.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Target Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
