Eaton's Chemicals Supplier Development organization seeks a Manager to lead a team focused on building supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, and readiness to support current and future business needs.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and leadership to ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, cost, and growth objectives while implementing standardized governance and best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Eight+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Three+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the supplier development strategy for regions, commodities, or segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers with clear performance expectations.
• Provide oversight of supplier capability, manufacturing, and capacity risk assessments and mitigations.
• Drive manufacturing excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and process capability improvements.
• Lead assessment and management of supplier capacity, scalability, and readiness to support demand and growth.
• Ensure readiness for new product launches, industrialization, and supplier transfers through early engagement.
• Establish governance for supplier capability assessments, audits, and development planning.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, and Engineering to ensure supplier readiness in APQP/PPAP processes.
• Align priorities with Procurement, Operations, and Business Leadership on supplier development.
