You will plan workflows, monitor performance, and drive process improvements while coordinating with plant management.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of hourly operators to meet goals.
• Maintain compliance with EHS guidelines and regulations.
• Organize production workflow to achieve quality, efficiency, and on-time completion.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve process/equipment problems.
• Generate and distribute production reports communicating plan, status, and issues.
• Provide training and coaching to staff; manage performance and attendance.
• Schedule maintenance staff and respond to off-shift or weekend needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and operations.
