Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or US military experience.
• Candidates with 2+ years of chemical operations experience may be considered if education or service requirements are not fully met.
• Able to obtain Forklift Operators certification and demonstrate safe forklift operation.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed and simple instructions in English and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and learn to operate technology-based devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage process equipment to produce blended or manufactured final products safely and efficiently.
• Receive/unload and load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars; verify documents and report discrepancies.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts (with certification) to transport products; maintain daily forklift checklist.
• Repackage products into proper containers with correct labelling and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support product sampling and quality control with lab personnel.
• Assist in counting physical inventory and perform general warehouse duties; ensure safety and cleanliness.
