Job summary

US Chemical Storage, part of the Justrite Safety Group, seeks a Detailer to support the construction and maintenance of chemical storage buildings. The candidate will read blueprints, use common hand tools, and perform touch-up painting and decal installation.

The role involves climbing ladders and working on roofs, with safety as a priority. Ideal applicants demonstrate good hand dexterity, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment,

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and drawings.
• Able to use common hand tools (hammer, drill, saw, screw gun, shears, utility knife).
• Able to apply touch-up paint and decals as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work from ladders/roofs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Use hand tools as required to assemble and finish components.
• Wipe down and touch up paint as needed.
• Install final decals in correct placement and complete product shrink wrap when required.
• Work on ladders and roofs of building structures.
