Position Overview:

The Chemical Receiving Coordinator verifies and processes raw material and chemical receipts following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED with proficiency in math and reading comprehension
• At least two years of experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Experience with shipping and receiving
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound deliveries of chemicals and raw materials
• Unload, stage, and sample raw materials; perform put-aways
• Review documentation and record receipts in SAP
• Maintain accurate receiving records
• Coordinate with departments to resolve delivery issues
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely and perform daily checks
• Support production by staging materials
• Maintain and investigate inventory records in SAP
• Ensure compliance with quality, FDA, OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
• Assist as needed in the absence of the Chemical Warehouse Lead
• Perform other duties as assigned
