Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Production Operator to address operational needs, including handling, manufacturing, and loading of industrial chemicals to meet customer demand.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and continuous improvement in production processes to achieve high customer satisfaction. The position requires 2+ years of DeltaV experience and chemical manufacturing exposure; candidates must be self-motivated, with solid communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DeltaV experience.
• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Move bulk trailers to and from the truck bay following safety rules for driving the tractor trailers.
• Unload raw materials following the Tank Truck Bulk Unloading SOP.
• Manufacture finished products in the production equipment according to a production worksheet.
• Load bulk trailers following the Tank Truck Bulk Loading SOP.
• Create schedules for incoming and outgoing materials and manufactured products.
• Maintain and update chemical inventory on PRISM system.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and keep all areas clean and safe.
• Comply with safety and regulatory programs and perform tasks safely.
• Communicate compliance, safety, and equipment needs to supervision.
• Uphold Hydrite’s standards of excellence and quality for customers.
• Perform duties per SOPs and any other duties assigned.
• Participate in regulatory and safety training as required.
