Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a Chemical Production Operator at our location. This entry-level, full-time position involves manufacturing resins and formaldehyde and requires adherence to HSE regulations and Arclin policies.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role supports safe, efficient operations. The operator will work closely with the Lead Operator, performing IPCs, forklifting, and coordinating with teams to meet production and maintenance schedules while following safety rules and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification possible.
• Willing to rotate shifts (Days/Nights/Evenings).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; standing for long periods.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures resin and formaldehyde following procedures and HSE regulations.
• Unloads/loads raw materials and finished products.
• Operates forklift for loading/unloading materials.
• Collaborates with management to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Ensures shipping documents are completed per regulations and company requirements.
• Participates in Joint Health and Safety Committee for safety improvements.
• Follows site rules on quality, health, safety and environment.
• Monitors processes and informs Lead Operator of deviations.
• Coordinates with Lead Operator to meet production and maintenance schedules.
• Communicates with Lead Operator and other staff to resolve safety/efficiency/quality issues.
• Responds to process alarms and coordinates corrective actions.
• Performs In-Process Checks (IPC) to verify batch progression and quality.
• Performs troubleshooting for process deviations.
