Job summary

Arclin USA LLC in Moncure, NC is seeking a Chemical Production Operator E to join our manufacturing team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this entry-level, full-time role performs resin and formaldehyde production tasks in a compliant, safe environment.

You will rotate shifts and work with cross-functional staff to maintain production schedules, monitor processes with lab equipment, and follow HSE policies to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but certification may be required.
• Capable of driving a Tractor/Tanker unit or willing to learn.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset necessary for success.
• Must be able to rotate shifts (Days/Nights/Evenings weekly).
• Must follow strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear PPE.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk and climb frequently; lift ~50 lbs.
• Basic computer and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures resin and formaldehyde and related surfaces according to procedures and HSE regulations.
• Unloads and loads raw materials and finished products following procedures.
• Operates a forklift to load/unload raw materials.
• Collaborates with management to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Ensures shipping documents are completed to comply with regulations.
• Participates in the Joint Health and Safety Committee to improve safety.
• Monitors processes and informs Lead Operator of deviations.
• Works with Lead Operator to meet production/maintenance schedules.
• Resolves process conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and quality.
