The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least five years of supervision in chemical manufacturing, with a proven record of safe, compliant production leadership. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate toll manufacturing activities, drive continuous improvement, and manage a multi-shift team to meet production, quality, and cost targets in a major
