Our client is a 70-year old global producer of resins, coatings and specialty additives with more than 30 plants worldwide. They currently seek a Plant Manager for a facility near Houston, TX. This is a 60-person, 24/7 facility. The plant is in great shape and the plant culture is strong. There are no great challenges or issues for the new manager to address. It is an ideal situation for someone who is ready to take the next step into plant management.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 + bonus
