Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is seeking an on-site, full-time worker to support manufacturing operations. You will perform secondary processes including degrease, lube, etch, anodize, chromate conversion coating, and roll sort, plus daily wastewater treatment tasks such as chemical tanks, pH monitoring, flow controls, and filter operations.

Essential duties include following production schedules, maintaining tank chemistry, transfer of wastewater, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills for measurements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform secondary process steps (degrease, lube, etch, anodize, chromate conversion coating, roll sort).
• Operate wastewater treatment systems and monitor pH, flow controls, and chemical levels.
• Maintain safety and environmental guidelines and report chemical inventories.
