Job summary

You will collect samples, perform chemical and water additions, and document activities while ensuring safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Chemical & Hazardous waste processing.
• Basic chemistry knowledge at high school level or above.
• Preferred aerospace industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment.
• Wear PPE as required by the work area.
• Collect samples for lab checks on chemicals in production.
• Monitor wastewater treatment system and maintain water treatment.
• Coordinate hazardous waste shipment and pickup.
• Order chemicals and maintain stock levels for production.
• Maintain cleanliness of strip line tanks and change outs.
• Coordinate with QA to track tank make-up and communicate issues.
