Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED must be completed.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Can Washer and pre-treatment systems.
• Test and adjust chemical concentrations in washer baths.
• Replenish chemical additives to maintain bath specs.
• Monitor can flow, clear jams, and ensure proper coating quality.
• Perform water break and adhesion tests on cans.
• Support basic wastewater treatment and sludge handling.
