Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or relevant chemical plant experience.
• Safety training or emergency response experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and operate a personal computer and software systems.
• Time management and prioritization to meet daily plant requirements.
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and environmental compliance; follows procedures and reports incidents.
• Builds and maintains steam, water, nitrogen, and compressed-air processing systems.
• Maintains equipment and MCCs; de-energizes locations as needed.
• Cares for general building equipment and safety systems and related tasks.
• Manages waste, safety equipment, and spill response.
• Supports maintenance by performing routine semi-skilled tasks and equipment prep.
• Trains and assists other operators; optimizes time and resources to meet daily goals.
