Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Process Technician for our North Kansas City plant. You will operate kettles, unload raw materials, package finished products, and maintain process records on a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities include sampling for viscosity, color, OH#, and acid value to guide process adjustments, while adhering to safety and quality standards to ensure compliant production.

Qualifications

• Ability to read plant specifications and follow batch cards/slips.
• Experience with loading raw materials and packaging finished products.
• Ability to monitor process conditions and adjust controls for quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate kettles and pumps to manage chemical batches.
• Load, unload, and stage raw materials and packaging.
• Sample products for testing and maintain process records.
• Observe safety procedures to prevent incidents and leaks.
