Job summary

DuPont Pennsauken site seeks a Chemical Process Operator to join our Diversified Industrials Shelter team in Pennsauken, NJ. You will operate process equipment, monitor plant metrics and ensure safety and quality on shift.

Requires 1–2 years in chemical production, a High School diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure, and solid troubleshooting skills. OT may be required; PPE provided; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in chemical plant production/maintenance.
• Experience inspecting and operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Ability to read measurements (tape measure).
• Must make safety, quality and operations decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow operating discipline and procedures.
• Operate trained process equipment.
• Monitor and input plant metrics.
• Troubleshoot deviations and problems.
• Perform quality checks to specs.
• Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
