Job summary

Inhance Technologies is seeking a process operator at our Oklahoma facility to control and monitor chemical processing systems, including reactors, pumps, filters, and PLCs. You will record data, adjust settings, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. Shifts are 12 hours, and compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a forklift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing facility or other industrial plant experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to work 12 hour shift.
• Shift times are either 6a-630p or 600p-630a.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processing equipment and monitor reactions.
• Load and unload raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Start pumps to move materials or regulate flow; adjust settings per procedures.
• Record operating data and maintain process condition logs.
• Confer with supervisors to resolve safety, efficiency, or quality issues.
• Draw samples and perform quality checks to ensure standards.
