Job summary

Flint Group is seeking a process/production operator for on-site work in Romeoville, IL. You will perform batch processing, operate equipment, and ensure clean, safe work areas while following SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and good English communication. You may be trained across multiple stations including shipping, tub washing, and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have good basic math skills, including percentage calculation.
• Must possess good English speaking and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Canning and labeling of products into gallon jugs, pails, drums and totes.
• Operate industrial parts washer, maintain cleaning solutions.
• Produce inks and ink intermediates by following standard operating procedures.
• Batch processing: charging materials, processing batch, monitoring and recording data, loading/unloading and cleaning equipment.
• Cross-training includes shipping & receiving, tub washing, batch weighing – liquid manufacturing, forklift training and safety training.
