Energy Jobline ZR seeks a senior Chemical Engineer for a newly created role in our Austin, TX facility. The position focuses on safe segregation of hazardous CMP slurries, UPW loop integration, and high-purity water recovery within a strict cleanroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of related experience in chemical processing or semiconductor wastewater handling.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with ISO cleanroom protocols and sub-fab wastewater monitoring.

Aufgaben

• Manage dedicated containment tanks and ultrafiltration skids to isolate hazardous CMP silica slurries, hydrofluoric acid, heavy metals, and TMAH developers at the tool level.
• Route high-purity distillate back into UPW polishing loops, ensuring strict parts-per-billion standards.
• Oversee High-Recovery Reverse Osmosis and vibratory filtration skids to maximize water recovery under osmotic pressures.
• Specify and maintain fluoropolymer-lined, titanium, and Hastelloy tanks and piping.
• Oversee thermal evaporators and crystallizers, handling dry salt cakes and hazardous waste profiling.
• Coordinate with cleanroom and wet-bench technicians to monitor tool dumps and water quality surges.
• Maintain ISO cleanroom compliance for wastewater monitoring equipment and logs.
