• Ability to develop project plans and coordinate projects to meet time and budget targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for meetings and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and implementation of solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and redesign facility layouts to promote continuous improvements.
• Create cost estimates and quotes for new or revised products and initiate quotes.
• Maintain supporting documents for activities in an organized manner.
• Develop and implement employee training on new processes and equipment with safety and operation documentation.
