The Chemical Engineer will support operations and execute engineering projects across the plant, including production troubleshooting, equipment procurement, development of new processes, and optimization of existing systems for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience with emphasis on process development and project management.
• Experience with basic chemical process unit operations (e.g., batch reactors, heat exchangers, pumps).

Responsibilities

• Work safely with pilot and production scale equipment and hazardous materials.
• Screen processes and transfer technology.
• Coordinate activities with vendors and contractors during project execution.
• Develop processes, methods, and technologies to meet objectives.
• Design, guide construction, commission, start-up, and troubleshoot production processes.
• Write procedures and safe work practices as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement within manufacturing.
