Job summary
Ecolab in Eagan, MN is seeking a Chemical Plant Operator I to operate and control chemical processing systems and equipment, delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently. This hands-on role requires reviewing daily mix schedules, adding raw materials, operating mixing equipment, monitoring batch quality, and maintaining production records.
Work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with opportunities to grow in a safety‑driven, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Previous industrial mixing experience in large batch operations.
- Experience in chemical mixing.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role.
Responsibilities
- Review daily mix schedules and ensure availability of raw materials.
- Accurately add raw materials to mixing systems following standard instructions.
- Operate mixing equipment with variable agitation for consistent batch quality.
- Monitor product quality and report out-of-spec materials or batches.
- Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in safety initiatives.
