Job summary

This role requires physical endurance and a commitment to safety, with the need to work flexible shifts, including nights and peak seasons. You will load/unload railcars, store and monitor chemicals, input data, and assist in planning to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred.
• Understanding of chemical processes and lab testing.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload railcars, trucks, and tankers used in operations.
• Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals in production.
• Record ingredients, weights, and temperatures; enter data into the database.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and processes.
• Adhere to safety and quality regulations; use PPE as required.
• Report accidents, safety violations, or concerns.
• Assist in planning and improving processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Complete required training (e.g., Lyons trainings).
• Work flexible shifts including day, night, and weekends during peak seasons.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
