Job summary

MÜNZING NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Chemical Packager for 2nd Shift to perform material handling and packaging duties in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The role involves operating forklifts and packing hazardous chemicals, following detailed procedures, and completing batch paperwork while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. 2nd shift hours are 2:30pm–11pm, Monday–Friday, with full-time, hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to complete training.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand cart to move product.
• Handle packaging tasks: filling, lifting, rolling, and labeling drums and pails of chemicals following procedures.
• Complete required paperwork for product batches.
• Keep work area clean and organized; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safe work practices.
