3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a packaging/warehouse associate for the second shift (afternoons) in Fairlawn, NJ. The role involves weighing, filling, labeling, sealing bottles, and assisting with various packaging tasks to ensure production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Operate safely and produce quality products.
• Possibly work first shift for a limited time during scheduled training.

Job Overview

Work Schedule: Second Shift (Afternoons)

Location: Fairlawn, NJ

Compensation: $22.25/HR (plus $0.50/HR shift differential)

Responsibilities

• Weighing, filling, labeling, sealing and other packaging operations for various bottle sizes.
• General warehouse duties such as unloading bottle trucks and keeping packaging materials in order.
• Transport bulk material, bottles, caps and supplies to filling location.
• Complete necessary information for record‑keeping.
• Set up scale, check bottle size, and set up containers to be filled.
• Operate safely and produce quality products.
• Possibly work first shift for a limited time during scheduled training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Worker must be capable of operating powered industrial trucks; forklift operator experience helpful.

Physical Requirements

Candidate must be comfortable working with hazardous and non‑hazardous materials and able to work alternately in a seated or standing position.
