Responsibilities

• Follow initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity while reducing costs.
• Operate equipment and semi-automatic systems to transform chemicals into products.
• Collaborate with the QC lab and R&D teams and maintain batch paperwork.
• Load/unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, monitor temperatures and speeds.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and submit repair orders.
• Maintain a safe, organized 6S-compliant work area.
• Achieve KPIs and perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $26.00 Hourly

• Gain expertise in operating equipment through hands‑on training.
• Collaborate with the QC lab and R&D teams.
• Build production batches and maintain accurate batch paperwork.
• Load and unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperatures and run speeds.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and submit repair work orders.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area, following 6S principles.
• Work together with your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of related operator experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently on daily tasks.
