The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.00–$26.00, a 6% shift differential, and benefits starting day 31, including medical, vision, dental, life, and a 401(k).

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related operator experience.
• Forklift certification within 90 days or ability to obtain.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsabilidades

• Follow initiatives to enhance quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity while reducing costs.
• Gain hands-on training to operate equipment.
• Collaborate with QC lab and R&D teams.
• Build production batches and maintain batch paperwork.
