You’ll run one of the chemical production units at our Nashville plant, where we make phosphoric and polyphosphoric acid. You own the safety, quality, environmental compliance, and output of your unit on your shift. This is a direct-hire role for an experienced chemical operator, and pay can progress to higher job classifications under the labor contract.
This job rotates through all three shifts, including weekends, year-round. People who do well here like hands‑on process work and are fine with a rotating schedule. If that’s not you, it’s worth knowing up front.
