Responsibilities

• Learn the process from the ground up, starting as Polymer Material Handler.
• Receive on‑the‑job training from the shift reactor operator using recipe batch sheets and POST work staging.
• Run samples for quality testing as part of the learning path.
• Test and verify finished goods to ensure quality.
• Keep shift logs current, including boiler vent scrubber details.
• Advance through training and begin charging vessels and processing batch cycles.
