Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd Shift (1:00pm – 9:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed) in Conyers, Georgia. You will produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending and packaging lines.

The role offers an hourly wage dependent on experience plus a shift differential for 2nd shift, plus a $1500 sign-on bonus and hands-on training within a team-first environment focused on safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record material usage manually and in computer systems.
• Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross‑functional tasks.
• Use computer systems for tracking production and performance.
