You will monitor, mix, and transfer chemicals, operate processing equipment, and record production data on basic computer systems. The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial production preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation and process monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work additional shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control chemical production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Measure, mix, and transfer chemicals while following established procedures and safety standards.
• Operate, inspect, and perform routine adjustments to processing equipment.
• Record production data and monitor process conditions using basic computer systems.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety policies.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
