DSM-Firmenich AG in Newark, NJ, is seeking a Chemical Operator for a 12-hour rotating shift, on-site at Port Newark. You will safely operate process equipment, maintain batch documentation, and support GMP and PSM compliance while ensuring accurate production data in SAP.

The role requires 2 years of chemical process experience, forklift capability, and willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule. Competitive hourly pay and total rewards package available.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent production experience.
• 2 years of chemical process experience and knowledge of special formula instructions.
• Ability to drive a forklift and work overtime to cover vacancies.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift.

Mansioni

• Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
• Maintain batch sheets, spreadsheets, control charts, and other documentation.
• Monitor process using GLC and ensure data accuracy in SAP and inventories.
• Troubleshoot process & equipment problems, automation program, and provide support to Guardian teams.
• Support PSM compliance: PCNs, safety committee, HAZOP, PSSR, etc.
